Description

You will manage performance testing lifecycles and automation workflows to ensure software meets functional requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review business, design, and functional requirements to develop test plans, strategies, and scenarios.
• Gather system requirements to create suitable test data and performance measurement frameworks.
• Analyze test results and evaluate performance measurements to diagnose technical problems.
• Coordinate testing activities and deliverables to ensure all software meets defined test goals on schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
• 5+ years of experience using Selenium.
• 5+ years of experience working within DevOps environments.
• 3+ years of experience with manual testing.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ability to evaluate performance measurements and conduct root cause analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate level qualification.
