Description

You will own the software testing lifecycle, ensuring product quality through rigorous manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, black-box, and user acceptance testing across complex systems.
• Create, modify, and maintain test assets, plans, and strategies to ensure effective testing processes.
• Analyze product requirements and risks to define testing scope and provide accurate effort estimates.
• Participate in requirements reviews, design discussions, and testing review meetings to align on quality standards.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects to stakeholders, supporting the resolution process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing, System Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Experience with Workday Implementation, Core HR, and Payroll testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of data management, system interfaces, and security standards.
• Proficiency in using Testing Tools and Microsoft Excel for test management and analysis.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate new Application UIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API Testing and familiarity with Postman.
• Ability to write SQL queries and understand SQL tables/data.
