Description

You will coordinate and manage quality assurance activities for software releases.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex software testing projects.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing cycles.
• Track and manage defects using established tools.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla, Mantis).
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum testing practices.
• Proven ability to manage testing projects and lead team efforts.
• Proficiency in Manual Testing.
• Familiarity with Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Knowledge of Java and Python.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with automation testing frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
• Basic understanding of scripting for automation purposes.
