Description

You will validate financial back-office functionality in CBOS and UBOS systems to ensure revenue capture reliability and accuracy.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans covering positive and negative scenarios.
• Perform end-to-end testing of telephony, ACH, and credit card processes.
• Conduct unit, system integration (SIT), and regression testing to identify pre-production defects.
• Document requirements in a Traceability Matrix and report detailed results to stakeholders.
• Coordinate testing activities during PI cycles, UAT, and Go-Live phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT financial software testing.
• Hands-on experience with CBOS and UBOS systems.
• Proficiency in Quality Management methodologies.
• Experience using MS Azure DevOps for testing workflows.
• Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM frameworks.
• Ability to perform deep-dive functional testing on ACH and credit card processing.
• Strong documentation skills for test scripts and traceability matrices.
• Degree in any field.
