Description

Validate the financial back-office functionality of CBOS and UBOS systems to ensure revenue capture accuracy. Own the testing lifecycle from planning through execution and defect reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and scripts for positive and negative scenarios.
• Execute end-to-end testing for telephony, ACH, and credit card processes within CBOS and UBOS.
• Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing to identify defects before customer impact.
• Coordinate testing activities for internal and external staff and document requirements in a Requirements Traceability Matrix.
• Report detailed testing results to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT financial software testing and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CBOS and UBOS business processes.
• Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and the Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end testing for financial transaction workflows.
• Experience managing and documenting test cycles within a formal quality management framework.
• Ability to report to headquarters in Harrisburg, PA, during key project phases including PI cycles, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live.
