Description

Lead IT Quality strategy and team operations for complex software delivery, overseeing UAT processes, product rollouts, and automation standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple IT Quality teams and oversee UAT processes and product rollouts.
• Resolve complex, highly variable issues arising during testing and quality assurance.
• Develop standards and procedures ensuring adherence throughout the SDLC.
• Analyze organizational trends to improve processes and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Handle budgeting, project estimates, and resource allocation across multiple development streams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT Testing experience with deep expertise in Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium and BDD Frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing, UAT, and Quality Assurance methodologies.
• Experience in Test Management and SDLC lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage organizational process change and influence stakeholders.
• Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and collaborate globally.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in budget management and commercial awareness.
• Project management and risk assessment capabilities.
