You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and translate them into successful sourcing strategies.
Lead end-to-end sourcing and filtering for both niche and bulk technical requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database across SFDC, SAP, Oracle, Full Stack, and Database technologies.
Use advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals to find candidates.
Track performance metrics to ensure hiring targets are met.
Required Skills
3+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or Sourcing specialist.
Deep expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and filtering.
Strong understanding of IT skill sets, including SFDC, SAP, Oracle, Full Stack (Java, .NET, MERN, AI), Guidewire, Snowflake, and Databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines and meet hiring targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
