You manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized IT infrastructure roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Identify and engage talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and specific hiring needs.
• Evaluate technical skills and experience for roles such as Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Security Analysts.
• Execute offer extensions, manage negotiations, and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within IT Services or Consulting environments.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Networking, DevOps, Cybersecurity, IT Support, and Data Centers.
• Proven ability to recruit for Network Engineers, System Administrators, and Infrastructure Project Managers.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and hiring trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for Security Analysts and Cloud Architects.
