You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to identify and hire qualified technical talent in Bangalore.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final hire.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals and networking websites.
• Partner with business unit heads in daily meetings to discuss requirements and determine hiring focus.
• Manage the candidate funnel by proactively sourcing, evaluating interviews, and driving conversions from submittal to placement.
• Coordinate end-to-end processes including interview evaluations, offers, and final hires.

Required Skills

• 2-7 years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to execute sourcing strategies across various job portals.
• Experience conducting interview evaluations and managing the offer process.
• Ability to discuss complex technical requirements with business unit heads.
• Strong track record of converting submittals into interviews and successful placements.
• Experience managing high-volume candidate funnels.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hiring tenures of 3-5 years.
