You manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes for technical roles in the Bangalore region.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for various IT positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines to meet specific hiring requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate communications.
• Source technical talent to fill open positions efficiently.

Required Skills

• 2.5 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of sourcing technical talent.
• Ability to join immediately or within a 30-day notice period.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in an RPO environment.
