This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, headhunting, and networking sites.
• Analyze client requirements to identify suitable technical profiles.
• Manage candidate documentation and maintain the internal database.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing via job portals and networking platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
