Manage the full lifecycle of technical talent acquisition for various IT positions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire technical talent for diverse IT roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assess candidate suitability through technical screening processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding hiring needs and candidate pipelines.

Required Skills

• 3-8 years of experience in IT or technical recruiting.
• Deep understanding of technical roles and the current technology landscape.
• Proven ability to identify and vet exceptional technical talent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work from the office in Bangalore or Chennai.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Availability to join within 0-10 days.
