• Manage IT-specific recruitment requirements independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the team to fulfill technical staffing needs.
• Use discretion and professional judgment to handle sensitive hiring data.

Required Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Proven experience managing IT requirements.
• Direct experience with candidate sourcing across multiple channels.
• Ability to work autonomously in a technology-oriented environment.

• Experience with IT staffing workflows.
