Responsibilities

• Execute IT recruitment workflows to identify and source technical talent.
• Manage candidate pipelines for various technical roles.
• Coordinate with hiring teams to meet staffing requirements.
• Vet technical candidates and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven ability to source and vet technical candidates.
• Available as an immediate joiner.
• Willing to work on-site in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with technical sourcing tools and Boolean search strategies.
