You manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Manage recruitment workflows within Ceipal.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines using Excel.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proficiency with sourcing techniques.
• Expertise using LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Proficiency with Naukri.
• Experience using the Ceipal ATS.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills

• B.Tech or MBA (Not BA) education.
