Manage end-to-end IT hiring for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full IT recruitment life cycle.
• Analyze job descriptions to understand required technical skills.
• Source candidates using portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social networks, references, and internal databases.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, manage pipeline tracking, and handle offer negotiation and closure.

Required Skills

• 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies.
• Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Documentation, and Onboarding.
• Ability to source niche and bulk IT profiles efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
