Description

Manage end-to-end IT hiring for clients, owning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze job descriptions to define required technical skills.
• Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, social networks, references, and internal databases.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioral fit.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates while managing pipeline tracking.
• Handle offer negotiation and closure.

Required Skills

• 2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT technologies and niche profiles.
• Proficiency in Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Documentation, and Onboarding.
• Ability to source niche and bulk IT profiles efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing multiple concurrent hires.
• Background in staffing agencies or high-volume recruitment.
