Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, executing full-cycle processes from sourcing to closing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes from initial sourcing to final closing.
• Source candidates using job boards, references, headhunting, and networking sites.
• Analyze client requirements to identify suitable technical profiles.
• Collect and manage candidate documentation and details for the internal database.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing via job portals and professional networking sites.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Gurgaon or Bangalore.
• Graduation degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with headhunting and networking sites.
