You manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, focusing on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates specifically for IT and C2H requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the interview process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and understand technical job requirements.
• Manage and maintain accurate candidate databases.
• Ensure a smooth recruitment workflow and positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Specific experience handling C2H (Contract-to-Hire) roles.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Ability to attend walk-in interviews from Monday to Friday.
