Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting through offer negotiation.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics using an ATS.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven understanding of various IT roles and technical stacks.
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
