You manage the full lifecycle of technical recruitment for product-based hiring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes specifically for product companies.
• Identify and source technical talent to meet hiring requirements.
• Manage candidate pipelines for various IT roles.

Required Skills

• 2.5 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record in product hiring.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in office).
• Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
