Description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles in Hyderabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting through offer negotiation.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics using an ATS.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven understanding of various IT roles and technical stacks.
• Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
