Description

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, owning the process from requirement definition to offer negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and draft precise job descriptions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, Stack Overflow, and industry networking using Boolean search.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the offer and negotiation process.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics using an ATS.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting clear job descriptions and candidate correspondence.
• Effective verbal communication for candidate interviewing and stakeholder management.
• Solid decision-making abilities to evaluate candidate potential and hiring needs.

Preferred Skills

• BSc/BA in Human Resources Management, IT, or a related field.
