You manage the full lifecycle of IT recruitment and vendor relationships.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, resume screening, and phone interviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring to ensure agreement compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Maintain an updated candidate database and coordinate all interview logistics and assessments.
• Deliver market trend insights and candidate feedback to internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Working knowledge of IT technologies and industry trends.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
