You will manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes for the Kollam location.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment workflows to identify and engage technical talent.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships based on trust.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze hiring data to improve recruitment outcomes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of IT recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to join within a maximum 4-week timeframe.
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree.
