You manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes to fulfill technical hiring needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define technical job requirements.
• Source candidates through databases, social media, and active head-hunting.
• Conduct cold calling and proactive engagement to build candidate pipelines.
• Screen applicants for technical competency and skill alignment.
• Manage the interview process and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven head-hunting and sourcing skills across multiple channels.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling and candidate follow-up.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles independently.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience writing job descriptions and posting to media platforms.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with HR consultancies to fulfill ongoing requirements.
