Responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborate with department managers to define consistent candidate requirements.
• Source candidates using databases, job portals, and social media.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Manage new hire paperwork and provide recruitment reports to team managers.
