Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process and support various HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and update detailed job descriptions and candidate specifications.
• Source and engage potential candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and other professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and perform on-site interviews.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and contribute to HR engagement activities.

Required Skills

• 4 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with job portals including Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing candidate relationships and external recruitment agencies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to conduct on-site interviews in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.
• Bachelor's degree.
