You will manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions targeting the US market.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles across the US.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements.
- Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to identify technical talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to maintain candidate experience.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in US IT staffing.
- Deep understanding of W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099 employment models.
- Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
