Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles across the US.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements.
• Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to identify technical talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to maintain candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US IT staffing.
• Deep understanding of W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099 employment models.
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with niche technical roles beyond standard IT positions.
