You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles targeting the US market.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT staffing or recruiting.
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates for the US market.
• Proficiency with standard recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open requisitions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
