Description

You will source, screen, and present qualified technical candidates for Hexagon’s IT clients, managing the full lifecycle from job intake to shortlist delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job intake discussions with hiring managers to define technical requirements and role expectations.
• Source and screen candidates using Boolean search, social media recruiting, and multiple sourcing channels.
• Execute phone and structured interviews to assess candidate fit and technical alignment.
• Build and maintain a strong tech talent pipeline to reduce time-to-hire and support client hiring goals.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including phone and Skype screenings.
• Technical expertise to understand and explain complex job requirements to candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, specifically Boolean search and social media recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and candidate interaction.
• Proven ability to work in onsite and offshore client models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments.
• Background in IT staffing or technical recruiting.
