Description

You will manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire recruitment process from requirement gathering to final placement.
• Execute search plans to identify potential candidates through head-hunting, job boards, internal databases, and networking.
• Screen and shortlist candidates by evaluating profile fitment against specific technical requirements.
• Conduct regular market mapping exercises to assess talent availability and trends.
• Manage all scheduling, coordination, and candidate relationship activities throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven expertise in IT sourcing and candidate identification.
• Experience in screening, interviewing, and evaluating technical profiles.
• Proficiency in market mapping and talent assessment strategies.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment workflows and scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal skills for candidate counseling and relationship management.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduation or Post Graduation degree.
