Description

You manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical roles within an onsite and offshore model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job intake sessions with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Network online and offline to promote client brands and build talent pipelines.
• Execute various interview formats including phone, Skype, and structured interviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Technical expertise to understand and explain complex job requirements.
• Proficiency with Boolean search and social media recruiting techniques.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing both onsite and offshore recruitment models.
