You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for contract and permanent IT positions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and draft job descriptions.
• Build and maintain a consistent talent pipeline.
• Conduct reference checks and lead offer negotiations.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
• Direct experience interacting with clients.
• Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and current market trends.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.
