Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical roles within the US market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and technical needs.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews and administer company assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate onboarding and post-joining background verification processes.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for SAP, RPA, AI/ML, and Cloud technologies.
• Proficiency using hiring portals such as Naukri and Monster.
• Expertise in sourcing via social media platforms.
• Strong knowledge of IT technical domains for effective screening.
• Experience handling domestic staffing requirements.

• Any Graduate degree.
