Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed to identify IT talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and clients while managing multiple job requisitions.
• Stay updated on IT market trends and technologies.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically within US staffing.
• Hands-on experience using Dice, Monster, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of IT job roles, skills, and technologies.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of market trends.
