You manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, sourcing and hiring technical candidates.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical positions.
• Analyze job descriptions to interpret technical client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals and various other sourcing channels.
• Maintain MIS reporting for recruitment metrics and tracking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT software technologies.
• Experience working with various job portals and sourcing channels.
• Familiarity with US tax terms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
