Description

Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT positions, focusing on W2 employment models.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse IT roles including developers, system administrators, and cybersecurity professionals.
• Identify talent using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.
• Negotiate compensation packages, including salaries and W2 terms, with candidates.
• Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local employment laws, including EEO and ADA.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of IT recruiting experience in the US market.
• Deep understanding of the W2 employment model and its tax and employment implications.
• Knowledge of IT skill sets including Java, Python, SQL, Cloud, and DevOps.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice.
• Experience conducting technical pre-screening interviews to evaluate work experience and availability.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with US labor laws and employment practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or IT.
