Description

You manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within a software house.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Source potential candidates using niche platforms and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen IT resumes and perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicant abilities.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Manage interview formats and utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working in a software house.
• Good knowledge of technical stacks.
• Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn and social media recruiting.
• Experience with Boolean search strings.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to screen specialized IT resumes.
