Description
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to meet staffing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including preparing guides and profiles.
- Manage the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates.
- Assist with drafting job descriptions, posting advertisements, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Compile recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire to identify process improvements.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze data and generate recruitment reports.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
