Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to meet staffing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including preparing guides and profiles.
• Manage the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates.
• Compile recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire to identify process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and generate recruitment reports.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
