You manage the end-to-end technical hiring process for IT roles in Vadodara.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full life cycle recruiting for technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and recruit top IT talent to meet specific hiring needs.
• Manage day-to-day technical recruiting and hiring workflows.
• Utilize recruitment software and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment and hiring.
• Proven expertise in full life cycle recruiting.
• Deep understanding of technical recruiting processes and IT terminology.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
