You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients from our Hyderabad office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.
- Work with recruiting leads and hiring managers to execute strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop action plans to source and procure talent for specific IT requirements.
- Use niche IT platforms to source potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews, document findings, and provide reports as required.
Required Skills
- 6-8 years of experience in recruitment.
- Expertise in IT Recruitment and Executive Search.
- Proven ability in Direct Search and Interviewing.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes.
- Understanding of Technical Support and Network Administration.
- Familiarity with System Security concepts.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Software Development, Cloud Computing, and IT Project Management.
- Understanding of Database Management and Cybersecurity.
