You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients from our Hyderabad office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients.
• Work with recruiting leads and hiring managers to execute strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop action plans to source and procure talent for specific IT requirements.
• Use niche IT platforms to source potential candidates.
• Conduct interviews, document findings, and provide reports as required.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in recruitment.
• Expertise in IT Recruitment and Executive Search.
• Proven ability in Direct Search and Interviewing.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes.
• Understanding of Technical Support and Network Administration.
• Familiarity with System Security concepts.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Software Development, Cloud Computing, and IT Project Management.
• Understanding of Database Management and Cybersecurity.
