Responsibilities
- Execute strategic global hiring programs alongside recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Develop action plans to source and procure talent for specific IT requirements.
- Conduct interviews, document findings, and generate required reports.
- Utilize niche IT platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
Required Skills
- 6-8 years of experience in recruitment.
- Expertise in IT Recruitment and Executive Search.
- Proven ability in Direct Search and Interviewing.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) processes.
- Understanding of Technical Support and Network Administration.
- Familiarity with System Security concepts.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Software Development, Cloud Computing, and IT Project Management.
- Understanding of Database Management and Cybersecurity.
