You manage the full lifecycle of IT recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical positions.
• Identify relevant profiles using job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
• Design recruiting strategies to meet urgent hiring needs.
• Verify candidate employment documents with high attention to detail.
• Represent the employer brand during candidate interactions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven track record of placing consultants in Java, .Net, Android, iOS, React, Angular, and QA roles.
• Strong interviewing skills to quickly vet technical profiles.
• Proficiency in using various job boards and sourcing tools.
• Ability to conduct competitor analysis to improve sourcing strategies.
• Any Graduate degree.
