Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients from our Hyderabad office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based client requirements.
• Partner with recruiting leads and hiring managers to execute strategic global hiring programs.
• Develop action plans to source and procure talent for diverse IT roles.
• Conduct interviews, document candidate evaluations, and provide regular progress reports.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Proven expertise in Direct Search and Executive Search.
• Strong proficiency in Interviewing and Screening techniques.
• Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes.
• Ability to source for roles in Software Development, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of Technical Support, Network Administration, and System Security requirements.
• Familiarity with Database Management and IT Project Management profiles.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
