Description

You will act as a Level 2 MAPS Risk Analyst supporting Markets Lines of Business in a high-pressure trading environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily technical change meetings and manage global resources through the bank's change process.
  • Adhere to strict procedures and guidelines for incident, service request, and change management.
  • Prioritize work by rationalizing the impact of multiple concurrent issues and requests.
  • Coordinate restoration efforts for high-impact technology incidents.
  • Generate reports using presentation and analysis tools.

Required Skills

  • Intermediate SQL proficiency, including multi-table joins and grouping results.
  • Scripting experience with Unix Shell, Perl, and Python.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of Solaris, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure disciplines including network, server, storage, and messaging.
  • Experience with grid computing and batch management.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and policies for Change Management.
