Description

You will manage IT risk assessments, control testing, and audit quality assurance processes for infrastructure and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Assess IT-related risks across security, data quality, privacy, resilience, and infrastructure domains.
• Perform inherent and residual risk assessments to identify exposure areas.
• Execute Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (ToE) for IT controls.
• Conduct QA/QC on evidence prepared for external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus on risk mitigation and change management strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT Risk, IT Audit, or IT Control Testing.
• Hands-on experience with security, data management, and change management controls.
• Proficiency in assessing infrastructure, architecture, capacity, and performance risks.
• Direct experience in IT Audit evidence validation and quality control.
• Strong communication and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to work on-site in McLean, VA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP certification.
• NIST framework expertise.
• SOC-1 or SOC-2 related control experience.
