IT Risk Assessment Team Lead

Lead IT risk assessment initiatives and manage technical gap analysis workflows. You will drive security remediation and standardize data collection processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to collect data and assess security gaps through structured questioning.
• Build templates and standardized question sets for data collection during assessment workshops.
• Create SDLC lifecycle documentation, including requirements, design, and BCP plans.
• Prioritize the implementation of technical solutions to remediate identified gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Risk or Cybersecurity.
• Hands-on expertise in at least two of: Service Management, Data Security, IAM, IT Security, or DevOps/SRE Service Operations.
• Experience with Data Security protocols including Data Masking, Tokenization, Encryption, and PII classification.
• Experience with IAM, CIAM, MFA, SSO, IGA, and PAM (specifically CyberArk).
• Experience with IT Security testing including SAST, DAST, Pen Testing, OSS, and Vulnerability Management.
• Knowledge of Service Management areas such as Availability, Capacity, and IT Service Continuity.
• Experience in Service Operations including Change, Configuration, Event, Incident, and Release Management.
• Proficiency in Capacity Planning, Data Collection, SIEM, and Workload Prioritization.
